Follow ups rarely arrive in a tidy task list. They appear as questions, promises, introductions, and dates inside ongoing chats. Normal lets your chosen MCP Client review relevant observed messages and extract candidate next steps.

Keep the result grounded

Ask for the conversation and date behind every candidate item. Availability follows the WhatsApp Connection’s Message Retention Policy, which defaults to 30 days unless you choose another supported period.
